One of the numerous things we struggle with as we recover from divorce is learning how to rebuild one's self-esteem. A way to begin combatting divorce stress is to practice daily self-care. These one-on-one sessions will give you the tools to strengthen your emotions, renew your spirit, and ensure that you are living your best life, on your terms.
Emotional trauma can occur for various reasons, be it loss or stressful events, and these unhealed emotions are one of the biggest paralyzers in life. It is the cause of emotional eating, reckless behavior, depression, and more. This session will give you the support, guidance, and tools needed to help you identify and begin healing from emotional trauma. I will share with you the tips and tricks I used to heal my own emotions and teach you how you can do the same.
